The magic of transforming the past: how is this done?
Regrets can be quite painful and even consume us. Must we remain stuck with our regrets, forever ruminating over what should have or should not have been?
In this session, we'll investigate how to stop dwelling on the past and instead transform our regret into healing actions to take in the present, thereby empowering us to courageously embrace the future.
For your convenience, please prepare a sheet of paper, pen/pencil and a light color marker, such as a highlighter.
